My coaching is designed for people who want to become alcohol-free rather than moderate. If you are unsure whether that is the right goal for you, we can discuss it honestly during the discovery call.
No. You do not need to identify as an alcoholic. We can use language that feels accurate and respectful toyou.
This is a free 30-minute confidential discovery call. We'll discuss what's brought you here, what you're hoping to change, and whether coaching is the right fit for you.

Everything discussed during coaching is treated as confidential.

If I believe you would be better supported by a healthcare professional or specialist service, I will discuss this with you and may recommend that coaching pauses while you access the appropriate support.
