  • My coaching is designed for people who want to become alcohol-free rather than moderate. If you are unsure whether that is the right goal for you, we can discuss it honestly during the discovery call.

  • No. You do not need to identify as an alcoholic. We can use language that feels accurate and respectful toyou.

  • This is a free 30-minute confidential discovery call. We'll discuss what's brought you here, what you're hoping to change, and whether coaching is the right fit for you.

    There is no obligation to continue. If either of us feels we're not the right fit, we'll part ways with complete honesty and no pressure. Full details can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

  • Everything discussed during coaching is treated as confidential.

    The only exception is if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, or where I am legally required to disclose information. In such circumstances, I may need to contact appropriate services or authorities. Full details can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

  • Thistle Freedom Coaching provides coaching and peer support, not medical, psychiatric or therapeutic treatment. If I believe you would be better supported by a healthcare professional or specialist service, I will discuss this with you and may recommend that coaching pauses while you access the appropriate support.

    If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, have concerns about alcohol withdrawal, or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your GP, emergency services, or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

  • Yes of course, we will work out the payment details and get you up to speed on the new programme details

  • Change doesn't just happen during our coaching sessions. That's why WhatsApp support is included, giving you access to encouragement, accountability and guidance between calls.

    Whether you're navigating a difficult day, celebrating a win, or simply need a bit of perspective, you can reach out between 8am and 9pm and I'll respond as soon as reasonably possible. Typically within 24 hours.

  • Absolutely. Flexible payment plans are available for both coaching programmes.

    A deposit is required to secure your place, with the remaining balance spread across agreed instalments. We'll discuss the available options during your discovery call and choose an arrangement that feels comfortable and manageable.
